Robot-Era

Description
Robots have the potential to make our lives safer, more comfortable and healthier - but only if the wishes and fears of users are considered during development. But how does a robot have to be designed? What should it do, what not and how should it behave? YOUSE develops and manages the entire user-centric innovation process - from analysis of users' daily routines, to conducting field tests in Italian villages and Swedish housing, to developing business models and marketing approaches. Last but not least, YOUSE does investigate ethical influences (ELSI) of the use of robots.
