Network Efficiency House Plus

Description
The efficiency house plus network focusses on research and developement of energy- surplus- houses. The first prototype of a residential building in the efficiency house plus standard was built in Berlin in 2011. Since then, more than a 100 partners have joined the network and further 35 model- buildings have been realised and evaluated. Recently the network has been expandet beyond the residential sector and seven educational building projects have been added.
