Deevio aims to power industrial quality control by focussing on visual inspections carried out by humans and augmenting them to accomplish their tasks.
As of today, quality control is often still done manually. But the task of visually inspecting parts is exhausting, prone to errors and requires operators to take several breaks to rest their eyes. Deevio’s mission is to assist these operators by automating the visual quality control of the aforementioned tasks.
We do this by providing the AI box, a GPU-based box with custom deep learning models that solve one specific customer inspection problem. It is hardware agnostic and comes with the pre-installed software components you need. The AI box can simply be plugged into a machine vision camera and is then ready to go.
To ensure flexibility and a high adaptability, we coach you on how to take images and empower you to train the models yourself. You simply need to upload 150 images per category (e.g. good vs bad) of the object and you are ready to start training deep learning models yourself. This process is easily repeatable for new objects.
